Learning to pray.

     People say "I do not know how to pray", if you only say "God help me", you are praying, if you are sincere that is.  Praying is no different from talking to your cat or dog you do not need to get down on your knees or even speak out loud, do not ask for selfish things and always end with thy will be done. Do not wait for some thing drastic to happen before you pray, if you only went to a friend when you were in trouble would you expect to be welcome every time. Thank him for the good things you do have, friends and family etc. It does not matter if you do not hundred percent believe, faith is some thing god blesses people with. Most important of all is have a clear conscionce and be sincere. And do not expect emediate results. Do all this and you will end up doing it better than me. Believe me in the world we are living in now you will need some thing to keep you sane, it is not getting better.
