Can not help thinking that all those people that kept saying, "we need more rain", are busy sunning themself some where in the Carrabean probably on the money that should be spent on building more resorvoirs. They will come back from there sunny holidays to tell us once again "we need more rain",and i say we need you to spend more money on resorvoirs and there is no shortedge of water just the ability to contain it.
