Clean up.
I am a peacemaker but quite ruthless about cleaning up a country. I would bring back hanging for a start there would be no overcrowded jails or sloppy treatment for prisoners they would dread prison not want to go back. Once some one had confessed to murder of an innocent party they would be hung.
If they ripped the roof of prisons and sat on the roof they would stay there i would make em stay there its too easy for them. How can we make a better world for future generations when we release this crap back into the community.
