In Gloucestershire 2,000 people were evacuated from there homes to spend the night in a shelter. Many people are without water or electricity some have lost all they had. Supermarkets look like they have been ramsacked shelves empty. Rescue workers are warn down as the rain does not cease. Helicopters and firemen and all emergency services are working flat out. Many volunteers with dingys and boats are assisting when ever possible. Many people are tearful there beautiful homes completely devastated.
