Tom tried to take his own life cutting his wrist with broken glass, he was admitted to hospital patched up then released back onto the street. He had tried to get a job but he needed an address, when he tried to get an address he was told he needed a job. Why was Tom not kept back under the mental health act, does nobody care, why is there not more help available ?.
